Although most sites covering the NHL haven’t released their standings yet, I predict that many of them will have the Flames taking the division. Oddly, and I made the same pick last year in the face of much heckling, I think the Vancouver Canucks will once again top the Northwest Division. Yes I know I’m crazy, but I do have some legitimate reasons.

Holy shit am I one bored motherfucker today. I’m not sure I can take a full week of this level of activity – someone get me to do something I am begging you. Someone could come and ask me to sort through 10,000 pages and pull out anyone who’s last name starts with the letter “k” and I would tell them that that sounded fascinating. If only they would let me drink at work, I could have a drink for every person I pulled out of the pile. If their first name also started with “k” I would drink double - genius. Perhaps I will head down to the mail room and see if they need a hand.

I’m not sure why but recently I’ve been having flashbacks of my youth. I turn a whopping 29 this year and will soon be in my thirties. Not that you would be able to tell based on how I live my life, but that is completely irrelevant. Anyway I thought it would be interesting to attempt to remember something specific about every year that I’ve been alive. You have to give me a break on the first few years of my life as I don’t have many distinct and notable memories.
